Hillside presents $3000 check to AHA/ASA

On Wednesday, Feb. 27, Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital presented a $3000 check to the American Heart/American Stroke Association.
“We have a shared focus of educating and providing the community with appropriate cardiac and stroke care, ultimately reducing the number of deaths and disabilities caused by heart disease and stroke,” said Hillside President Krista McFadden. “It’s with tremendous pride and pleasure that we are able to give back to such a worthy organization.”
Funds were raised through the Christmas at Hillside events. Representatives from the Christmas at Hillside Committee presented the check to the American Heart Association  Executive Director, Tracy Behnke.
