Steward Health Care Completes Acquisition of Three Hospitals in Ohio
Steward Formally Acquires Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital, Northside Medical Center, and Trumbull Memorial Hospital
Boston, MA – Steward Health Care System (“Steward”) has completed a previously announced acquisition of eight community hospitals formerly affiliated with Community Health Systems (“CHS”), including three hospitals in Ohio. Steward Health Care System’s network now includes 18 community hospitals across Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida. The eight acquired CHS hospitals are:

- Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital in Warren

- Sharon Regional Health System in Sharon
- Easton Hospital in Easton
Florida
- Wuesthoff Medical Center in Melbourne
- Wuesthoff Medical Center in Rockledge
- Sebastian River Medical Center in Sebastian
