Mindful Living with Hillside - Healthy Living Seminar for July
This series will concentrate on the importance of good sleep and good sleep hygiene. Good sleep quality is essential. Many of the body's vital functions begin to break down after just a few days of poor sleep. Participants will learn how to enter into a deep state of relaxation using autogenic training to help improve sleep quality. In addition to helping with sleep, autogenic training is useful for many other functions including: lowering blood pressure, reducing anxiety, reducing bowel and bladder spasms, and promoting a sense of wellbeing.
