Moving Forward is a group exercise program customized to physical abilities of each participant. Activities include exercises to improve walking, strength, balance, and flexibility.
The program meets three days a week, for one hour:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Fridays 11 a.m. – noon.
Cost: $25 a month (covers 3 weekly classes).
Who can attend Moving Forward?
•Typically stroke patients are the participants
•Any person interested in wellness activities
•Any person with movement or health problems that limit their participation in traditional community programs
•Participants must have clearances from their medical physician
