Mindfulness is the awareness of paying attention to the present moment. Simple, right? Easier said than done since 50,000 thoughts are coursing through our minds every day!
For this program we will explore breathing and awareness practices, as well as body/muscle relaxation techniques to quiet our minds and return to the calm, peaceful, and responsive people we truly are.
