Mindful Living with Hillside - Healthy Living Seminar for July
Join Dr. Melissa Kerr, integrative physical therapist, as she introduces the mindful movement methods of yoga, tai chi, and qigong. Dr. Kerr is an experienced yoga, tai chi, and qigong instructor. Participants will be introduced to a variety of mindful movement practices that are beneficial for improving mental and physical health. No experience is necessary and you can participate seated in a chair.
